Career and Technical Education (CTE)
The Career and Technology Education (CTE) program at Palacios I.S.D. provides our students with the opportunity to receive training and real world experiences that will help prepare them for post-secondary success. (Public Notification of Nondiscrimination in Career and Technical Education Programs) Palacios ISD offers career and technical education programs in Arts, Audio/Video Technology & Communications, Information Technology, Human Services, Architecture and Construction, Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources. Admission to these programs is based on prerequisites established by TEA and Palacios ISD. It is the policy of Palacios ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its vocational programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
